Open Your Home. Inspire a Future: Support Jamaican Youth at the 2025 MADE Hoops Championships 🇯🇲🏀

This summer, P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy Jamaica, the island’s first and only youth international travel club, is making history once again as our travel teams head to the prestigious MADE Hoops Championships in Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD—and we’re calling on the Caribbean diaspora and wider community in these cities to help make it happen.

Who’s Coming?

We are traveling with two boys’ teams (15U & 17U), each with 10 players and 6 staff, for the July sessions. Then in August, we return with a girls’ team of 10 players and 4 staff.

These athletes are part of our rapidly growing international program—over 80 players strong in 2025—with youth representing the Caribbean, USA, Canada, and Asia. Every trip is a powerful step in our mission to make Jamaica a global hub for basketball development and exposure and to accelerate the sport’s growth across the island.

Why It Matters:

The MADE Hoops Circuit is the #1 ranked independent youth basketball platform in the United States and a premier destination for talent evaluation. The July LIVE periods are expected to attract hundreds of college and prep school coaches and scouts, giving our athletes a tremendous opportunity to showcase their skills, gain visibility, and take a step closer to athletic and academic scholarships.

As Jamaica's only international youth basketball club with training locations across the island, we are proud to give our boys and girls a platform to compete at the highest level and represent the island on the world stage.

How You Can Help:

We are currently seeking host families in Philadelphia and Baltimore to welcome our players and coaches during their tournament stays.
