2023 Roster And Schedule
The P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy's varsity boys team is a dynamic and diverse group, featuring some of the top high school players aged 14 to 17 from across Jamaica, as well as players of Jamaican descent from the United States. With a commitment to player development and exposure, this team embarks on an ambitious journey each year. Their travel destinations, including Florida, Georgia, and Texas, are carefully selected to provide maximum exposure to college coaches and scouts. The players undergo rigorous training within regional pods in Kingston and Montego Bay, honing their skills and fitness levels. They then converge at the P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy National Training Center, located at GC Foster College and Montego Bay Community College, where they prepare collectively for high-stakes competitions. This program not only fosters athletic growth but also celebrates the rich talent pool of Jamaican basketball, promising a bright future for these young athletes.
