2023 Roster And Schedule
The P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy's Jr. Varsity boys team is a promising group of young rising stars, consisting of talented players aged 13 to 16 from various regions in Jamaica, as well as players of Jamaican descent from the United States. This year, their primary focus is on skill development and local showcases, providing a solid foundation in preparation for varsity-level competition. To augment their growth, the team will venture to Florida and Pennsylvania for international competitions, strategically chosen to attract the attention of college coaches and scouts. The players undergo intensive training within regional pods in Kingston and Montego Bay, refining their basketball skills and physical fitness. They then converge at the P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy National Training Center, located at GC Foster College and Montego Bay Community College, where they collectively prepare for upcoming competitions. This program not only nurtures their athletic talents but also offers a pathway for these young athletes to excel and potentially pursue college basketball opportunities.
