Jamaica Online Passenger Immigration Form (C5)
International passengers to Jamaica are required to complete the digital C5 Immigration and Customs Form. This must be completed by all inbound passengers and presented on arrival to clear Jamaica border control.
The online version of the Immigration/Customs Declaration (C5) Form will allow air passengers to input their information in advance of travelling and to submit same online, through a secured portal.
