The future of basketball in Jamaica continues to rise, and P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy is leading the charge with the official launch of the P.H.A.S.E. 1 Youth Club Basketball League (P1YBL) a structured, competitive platform designed to elevate young athletes across the island.
This exciting new chapter begins with Open Runs this Sunday, April 12, 2026, at the UWI Mona Bowl in Kingston, running from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.

A New Era for Youth Club Basketball in Jamaica
The P1YBL is more than just a league it is a development system that connects players to real opportunities. Designed for boys and girls ages 12–21, the league introduces a club-based model, allowing players to join organized teams, compete regularly, and showcase their talent in a structured environment.
With a focus on player development, exposure, and competition, this league is set to become the #1 Youth Club Basketball League in Jamaica.
What Are the Open Runs?
The Open Runs serve as the official entry point into the league. Players will have the opportunity to:
