The 17-year-old point guard and Founder of Children for Change, a Miami-based charity supporting youth and community initiatives in Jamaica, suited up once again for P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy Jamaica this time with a bigger purpose.
As the Academy returned to competition for the first time since putting the program on hold after Hurricane Melissa severely damaged our dorms and practice facilities, Kingston and Children for Change played a major role off the court. In partnership with Tari Eason (NBA Houston Rockets), they helped raise thousands of dollars toward repairs and recovery.
The team traveled to its first international event since last July, competing at the Miami City Classic (Jan 23–26) and finishing 2–2.
