Welcome to the P.H.A.S.E. 1 Academy 7-Day Form Shooting Challenge! If you want to become a consistent and confident shooter, it all starts with your foundation. This challenge is designed to help you lock in the mechanics of a great shot through repetition, focus, and discipline. Over the next 7 days, you’ll complete 500 form shots per day, totaling 3,500 purposeful reps. Each day begins with a few short videos demonstrating proper form—covering everything from hand placement to follow-through. You’ll be shooting in three simple positions: laying on the floor, sitting in a chair, and standing at a spot on the wall—all to eliminate distractions and help you zero in on your mechanics. Before every shot, take a moment to call out the key points of great shooting form. Build the habit. Build the muscle memory. Build the confidence. Let’s lay the foundation for your future as a knockdown shooter—one rep at a time. Let’s get it!
